A 2007-ben alap\u00edtott \u00e9s az\u00f3ta a vil\u00e1g sz\u00e1llodaipar\u00e1t forradalmas\u00edt\u00f3 amerikai multinacion\u00e1lis v\u00e1llalat online platformja \u00f6sszek\u00f6ti a jellemz\u0151en a nagyv\u00e1rosokban kedvez\u0151 \u00e1r\u00fa sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shelyet keres\u0151 utaz\u00f3kat a sz\u00e1ll\u00e1st b\u00e9rbe ad\u00f3 helyb\u00e9li h\u00e1zigazd\u00e1kkal. Az Airbnb bev\u00e9tele a foglal\u00e1sok ut\u00e1n fizetett szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si d\u00edjb\u00f3l sz\u00e1rmazik, amely a b\u00e9rl\u00e9s id\u0151tartam\u00e1nak f\u00fcggv\u00e9ny\u00e9ben v\u00e1ltozik.<\/p>\n<p>A c\u00e9g t\u0151zsd\u00e9re l\u00e9p\u00e9s\u00e9nek id\u0151z\u00edt\u00e9se els\u0151 r\u00e1n\u00e9z\u00e9sre sok befektet\u0151 sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra furcs\u00e1nak t\u0171nhet, hiszen b\u00e1r a bevezet\u00e9st 2016 \u00f3ta tervezik, ezt csak most, a vil\u00e1gj\u00e1rv\u00e1ny kell\u0151s k\u00f6zep\u00e9n tett\u00e9k meg. Az id\u0151z\u00edt\u00e9s azonban v\u00e9lem\u00e9nyem szerint strat\u00e9giai l\u00e9p\u00e9s, hiszen a koronav\u00edrus-j\u00e1rv\u00e1ny alatt a sz\u00e1llodaipar kisebb szerepl\u0151i cs\u0151dbe mentek, \u00edgy a nagyobb v\u00e1llalatok piaci r\u00e9szesed\u00e9se n\u0151tt. R\u00e1ad\u00e1sul az Airbnb a t\u0151keemel\u00e9s\u00e9b\u0151l nagyj\u00e1b\u00f3l 3 milli\u00e1rd doll\u00e1r k\u00e9szp\u00e9nzhez jutott, amellyel az ad\u00f3ss\u00e1g\u00e1llom\u00e1ny\u00e1t fogja cs\u00f6kkenteni. A bevezet\u00e9s napj\u00e1n az Airbnb-re sz\u00f3 szerint r\u00e1ugrottak a befektet\u0151k, a c\u00e9g r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyei 115 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal nyitottak magasabban a 68 doll\u00e1ros jegyz\u00e9si \u00e1rn\u00e1l, \u00edgy a v\u00e1llalat \u00e9rt\u00e9ke az els\u0151 keresked\u00e9si napon meghaladta a sz\u00e1zmilli\u00e1rd doll\u00e1rt. A c\u00e9g jelenlegi piaci kapitaliz\u00e1ci\u00f3ja a befektet\u0151k t\u00falzott lelkesed\u00e9s\u00e9nek tulajdon\u00edthat\u00f3, hiszen az Airbnb m\u00e9g az optimista elemz\u0151k szerint is maximum 40 milli\u00e1rd doll\u00e1rt \u00e9r jelenleg.<\/p>\n<p>Mik\u00f6zben a v\u00e1llalat j\u00f6v\u0151ben v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 \u00e1rbev\u00e9tel-n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9t az elemz\u0151i konszenzus \u00e1tlagosan 20 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kosra j\u00f3solja, a befektet\u0151k ennek a sokszoros\u00e1t \u00e1razz\u00e1k. A k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 \u00e9vekben az Airbnb-nek sz\u00e1mos jogi korl\u00e1toz\u00e1ssal is szembe kell majd n\u00e9znie azon nagyv\u00e1rosok miatt, amelyek szerint az \u00fczleti modellje s\u00e9rti a helyi ad\u00f3t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyeket.
