Az okosotthonok piaca a becsl\u00e9sek szerint glob\u00e1lisan 115,67 milli\u00e1rd amerikai doll\u00e1ros \u00e1rbev\u00e9telt termel 2022-ben \u2013 amelyb\u0151l az eur\u00f3pai piac id\u00e9n k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 29,1 milli\u00e1rd doll\u00e1rt tesz ki \u2013, r\u00e1ad\u00e1sul vil\u00e1gviszonylatban a piac m\u00e9rete az el\u0151rejelz\u00e9sek szerint 2024-re 155,82 milli\u00e1rd doll\u00e1rra n\u0151het \u2013 h\u00edvja fel a figyelmet az SPB Befektet\u00e9si Zrt. portf\u00f3li\u00f3menedzsere.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Az energiav\u00e1ls\u00e1g \u00e9s az 5G is hajtja az okosotthon-piacot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2020-ban vil\u00e1gszerte a h\u00e1ztart\u00e1sok 10,7 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9ka sz\u00e1m\u00edtott okosotthonnak, ez az ar\u00e1ny glob\u00e1lisan 19 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kra n\u0151het 2024-re. Az okosotthonok terjed\u00e9s\u00e9t gyors\u00edtja a jelenlegi energiav\u00e1ls\u00e1g, ugyanis a h\u00e1ztart\u00e1sok h\u0171t\u00e9s\u00e9nek, f\u0171t\u00e9s\u00e9nek, \u00e1rny\u00e9kol\u00e1s\u00e1nak vagy v\u00edzfogyaszt\u00e1s\u00e1nak okos\u00edt\u00e1sa r\u00e9v\u00e9n ak\u00e1r 15-20 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal is cs\u00f6kkenthet\u0151 egy ingatlan energiafelhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sa. Az SPB Befektet\u00e9si Zrt. szak\u00e9rt\u0151i szerint az ipar\u00e1g b\u0151v\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9t t\u00e1mogatja az 5G h\u00e1l\u00f3zatok megjelen\u00e9se is, mivel a vezet\u00e9k n\u00e9lk\u00fcli technol\u00f3gia \u00f6t\u00f6dik gener\u00e1ci\u00f3ja ak\u00e1r \u00f6tvenszer gyorsabb sebess\u00e9g el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re is k\u00e9pes lehet, mint a 4G, \u00edgy az otthoni okoseszk\u00f6z\u00f6k k\u00e9pesek lesznek kapcsol\u00f3dni m\u00e1s adatig\u00e9nyes alkalmaz\u00e1sokhoz, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul az okosv\u00e1ros-technol\u00f3gi\u00e1khoz vagy az \u00f6nvezet\u0151 aut\u00f3khoz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>J\u00f3 besz\u00e1ll\u00e1si lehet\u0151s\u00e9get k\u00edn\u00e1lnak a smart home c\u00e9gek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A smart home ipar\u00e1gon bel\u00fcl is lend\u00fcletes n\u00f6veked\u00e9s el\u0151tt \u00e1llnak a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 gy\u00e1rt\u00f3k IoT hardvereinek \u00e9s szoftveres vez\u00e9rl\u00e9seinek integr\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00f6ntanul\u00f3 rendszereket fejleszt\u0151 c\u00e9gek. Ezen integr\u00e1torok k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartozik az Alarm.com, a Vivint Smart Home, a Resideo Technologies vagy a magyar Chameleon Smart Home Zrt. is.<\/p>\n<p>Az Alarm.com legut\u00f3bbi jelent\u00e9se szerint a c\u00e9g bev\u00e9telei 12,4 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal b\u0151v\u00fcltek, r\u00e1ad\u00e1sul a v\u00e1llalat 35,4 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal n\u00f6velte az egy r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyre jut\u00f3 ad\u00f3zott profitj\u00e1t az idei harmadik negyed\u00e9vben, szemben az S&P 500 c\u00e9geinek 2,2 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kos \u00e1tlag\u00e1val. A Vivint Smart Home utols\u00f3 jelent\u00e9se szerint a c\u00e9g bev\u00e9telei 13,6 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal emelkedtek a harmadik negyed\u00e9vben, r\u00e1ad\u00e1sul az EBITDA \u00e9rt\u00e9ke 36,9 milli\u00f3r\u00f3l 195,5 milli\u00f3 doll\u00e1rra n\u0151tt ugyanezen id\u0151szakban. Mivel a c\u00e9g a n\u00f6veked\u00e9s korai f\u00e1zis\u00e1ban van, ez\u00e9rt m\u00e9g vesztes\u00e9ges, azonban a legut\u00f3bbi negyed\u00e9vben jelent\u0151sen cs\u00f6kkentette vesztes\u00e9ge m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9t, ami k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151 \u00fcgyf\u00e9l\u00e1llom\u00e1nya 4,2 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kos, azaz 1,9 milli\u00f3s b\u0151v\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9nek is. A Resideo Technologies \u00e1rbev\u00e9tele 8,2 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal n\u00f6vekedett, \u00e9s a c\u00e9g EBITDA-ja 19,24 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal er\u0151s\u00f6d\u00f6tt a harmadik negyed\u00e9vben \u2013 emeli ki az SPB Befektet\u00e9si Zrt.<\/p>\n<p>Az eml\u00edtett c\u00e9gek fundamentumai j\u00f3l mutatj\u00e1k, hogy az ipar\u00e1g folyamatos fejl\u0151d\u00e9sben van, l\u00e9tez\u0151 ig\u00e9nyeket el\u00e9g\u00edt ki, \u00e9s egyre ink\u00e1bb n\u00e9lk\u00fcl\u00f6zhetetlenn\u00e9 v\u00e1l\u00f3 megold\u00e1sokat fejleszt. R\u00e1ad\u00e1sul az ipar\u00e1g fejl\u0151d\u00e9se v\u00e1rhat\u00f3an m\u00e9g abban az esetben is folyamatos lesz, ha az \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151ipar esetleg lassul\u00e1st mutat majd, tekintettel arra, hogy az \u00faj \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u0171 \u2013 lak\u00e1sc\u00e9l\u00fa, szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 vagy ipari \u2013 ingatlanok n\u00f6vekv\u0151 r\u00e9sze sz\u00e1m\u00edt okosnak, mik\u00f6zben a haszn\u00e1lt ingatlanok felokos\u00edt\u00e1sa is egyre elterjedtebb.<\/p>\n<p>A smart home megatrend hossz\u00fa t\u00e1v\u00fa \u00fczleti kil\u00e1t\u00e1sai ellen\u00e9re az ipar\u00e1g integr\u00e1torainak r\u00e9szv\u00e9ny\u00e1rfolyamai \u2013 a kisebb m\u00e9ret\u0171 techc\u00e9gek t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u00e9hez hasonl\u00f3an \u2013 a piaci \u00e1tlaghoz k\u00e9pest jelent\u0151sen le\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u0151dtek id\u00e9n. \u201e\u00c9ppen ez\u00e9rt az egys\u00e9gnyi profitra jut\u00f3 \u00e1r, vagyis a P\/E vagy az EV\/EBITDA mutat\u00f3k alapj\u00e1n kifejezetten j\u00f3 v\u00e9teli lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek alakultak ki a szektor r\u00e9szv\u00e9nyei eset\u00e9ben.
